PROJECT LEADER - SATU MARE

The successful candidate will coordinate the project team in an international environment.
Will be responsible for the execution and reporting of the respective project.

Responsabilities:

• Support and drive projects from project definition to the approval of series production;
• Drive and manage subsystem projects;
• Define and implement new features and aesthetical design;
• Responsible for cost reduction and quality improvement;
• Drive standardization;
• Lead project teams;
• Ensure that new product/ projects fit into the platform and subsystem structure;
• Define input for Bill of Material;
• Organize test and pilot series with the production;
• Contact with suppliers;
• Use development quality tools like FMEA’s, project planning tools;
• Create component and product specifications.

Competences needed:


- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Min 3-5 year design experience;
- Strong knowledge in mechanical component,system development and design;
- Strong knowledge of 3D design tool CATIA is preferred;
- Knowledge of approval and environmental rules in different countries;
- Knowledge of the main manufacturing processes;
- Knowledge of Quality tools;
- 5 years of experience in project management;
- Experience in Design for Assembling and Manufacturing is a plus;
- Team oriented and good communications skills;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Open minded;
- Ability to work in matrix organizations, building strong and valid relationships with all the functions in the organization;
- Open to relocate in Satu Mare.
