Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:
• To create process flow to bring problems to the surface;
• To level out the workload ( Line Balancing) based on time measurements;
• To calculate manpower needs;
• To standardize task for continuous improvement;
• To eliminate wastes and improve quality of the processes;
• To design the workplace layout according to the ergonomic and workplace safety principles;
• To ensure that every machine in the production process always performs it’s required task and its output rate is never disrupted;
• To know process improvement tools such as Problem Solving, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping.

Competencies needed:
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering for Metal and Assembling Process;
• University degree in Chemical Engineering for Covering Process;
• Technical skills: Word, Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD 2D;
• Foreman course is a plus;
• Observations spirit;
• Project and resources planning;
• Team oriented;
• Open minded person;
• Open to relocate in Satu Mare.
